Contempo Property Holdings Inc. President and CEO, Beverly Dayanan, has been honored with the Outstanding Humanitarian Service Award at the Philippine Choice Awards 2025.
The recognition is timely, highlighting Contempo’s swift mobilization of relief efforts for families affected by natural disasters in northern Cebu and Davao Oriental.
“The devastation is really huge. Our people are still reeling from its effect,” said Ms. Beverly in her acceptance speech. “Your recognition has strengthened our commitment to continue to serve, uplift, and work for the welfare of our communities… To God be the glory.”

Ms. Beverly’s service is defined by hands-on care, both in and out of public office.
- Crisis Response: Her leadership includes coordinating disaster relief and temporary housing projects, such as the Pasilong Para sa Paradise initiative, and supporting local safety programs like ALAB (Alalay para sa mga Luwas ug Andam na Barangay).
- Health and Welfare: Through the BMD Foundation, she champions vital programs, including medical missions, maternal and child health initiatives (Buntis Congress), and partnerships with institutions like the Tebow Cure Children’s Hospital and Operation Smile Philippines to provide life-changing surgeries for children.
- Community Building: She invests in education through scholarship drives and the Community Palugaw feeding program that combats malnutrition in over 25 schools. She is also a fierce advocate for women’s empowerment (building on her work with Zonta International) and the preservation of indigenous culture, supporting projects like the Mandaya “Budi” song.
As CEO of Contempo Property Holdings, Inc., Ms. Beverly ensures that business success is intertwined with community well-being, fostering local livelihood, tourism, and housing development.
